Refund Policy
At Noble Events and Rentals, we understand that event plans can change. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for our wedding and event rental services.
Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a refund within 6 days of booking. Refund requests made within this period will be reviewed and processed based on the booking status, rental items reserved, and any services already started.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds may not be available if the event date is very close, rental items have already been prepared, delivery or setup arrangements have started, or custom services have been arranged specifically for your event.
Cancellations After 6 Days
Refund requests made after 6 days from the booking date may not be eligible for a refund. However, we may offer rescheduling or store credit depending on availability and the nature of the booking.
Changes to Booking
If you need to change your event date, rental items, or service details, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may include additional charges.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
